Practical Intervention

This is a foundational course to show how the Word of God is a practical tool to intervene in behavior change. Practical Intervention covers areas of Christian Biblical caregiving with the approach of behavior in accordance with the Word of God. This first teaching is composed for you to know how to intervene in behavior.

The full range of ministry is taught: presenting the gospel, developing of study concepts, overseeing the mentoring process, and understanding leadership skills in ministry.

Fifty years of professional experiential caregiving are in the course. This course will challenge you to apply your knowledge.

Temperament/Understanding and Application

Temperaments in regards to behavior and practical application of knowledge will be presented. Blending strengths and weaknesses will be shown, to help you understand why you think and respond the way you do. It will also help you to understand others’ intentions.

Divorce Recovery/Single Parenting/Blended Families

There is an urgent need to minister to the pain and care concerns of these groups.

Nurturing Long-Lasting, Healthy, Loving Relationships, Marriage

Selection, Reasons, Premarital, Roles, Conflict, Communication, Money, Intimacy

It has been my honor and privilege to have known and worked with Dr. Raymond Fabing for the past forty years. During this time, I have found Dr. Fabing to be a man of extreme integrity and work ethics.

Dr. Fabing’s ministry has included the development of a very effective series of courses that are designed to aide both pastors and lay people in fulfilling the call of God on their lives. Dr. Fabing has organized and conducted numerous conferences where he has trained numerous pastors in the areas of administration, counseling and care giving. Hope Institute offered me the knowledge and hope to become a layman and leader in our local church. I learned my spiritual gifts are exhortation and teaching.
